Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is an avid critic of films that are Z-graded that are mostly of the horror and martial arts genres. Her style and approach are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she is more inclined to watch silly action flicks that have a twisted fascination. She started reviewing late in 2009, gaining some respect from the forums of Channel Awesome under the old username Obscurus Lupa. In 2010, she joined the Channel Awesome Family. In early 2015, she stayed on the site while Obscurus Lupa Presents evolved into Movie Nights. She co-hosts two podcasts that are about the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Watch her videos on YouTube and Vimeo. Also on Tumblr and Twitter. Allison's not enough for you? Ninja the Mission Force features her as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Also, she was on Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! and frequently guest-starred in his show Midnight Screenings typically reviewing terrible children's films or RiffTrax live shows as well as the occasional adult comedy (including of course Baywatch (2017)). The reviewer began her journey in the latter half of 2009, and was soon gaining popularity on the Channel Awesome forums before officially being a part of the group of reviewers on Channel Awesome. She has made numerous appearances on Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She along with Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would frequently appear in episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
