Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange California. My wonderful husband JP and my jolly dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform, @annephung. I post my daily life: the good, the bad and everything in between. When I was just 1 year old My family and I immigrated into America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents, I may not exist today to share this life with the world. My parents were my inspiration and helped me become successful. Within my head, I could see the path I wanted to take for life. You go to college and graduate. Get married. Purchase a home. Have kids. My life that I imagined for myself wasn't what it turned out to be. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status was not bringing me joyIt was like I was wasting my life away to earn a living but I knew that I was meant for more. It was in 2013 that I discovered my love was fitness. I also loved getting out and about to help other people. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I started to find private training. In 2014, I founded my small company and it will be my 7th year anniversary by 2021. There are a few Asian women working in this industry. I strive to be a change maker within the business to offer high-quality coaching that allows others to become a healthier and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets their personal needs and goals. I am also committed to supporting others so that they can reach the goals they set, pursue their passions and live your life to the fullest. As I started my career, the death of my mother was the greatest blow to my life. She has won the eight-year battle with the disease. She is now resting in Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. If you don't realize it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we require. My mother's death changed me so much and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her next life and I was given a second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. It is true that I live now and not just surviving just like I did in the past. In sharing my story, I hope that my words will resonate with those of yours. It is my wish that my words can aid you in understanding that you're not alone. You have the potential to accomplish everything you desire. My hope is to live your life at your best and never have regrets when it comes to your final days. The death of a person is the only assurance in this the world.
